To aid your treatment or when purchasing a product, you will normally provide certain information, such as you name, email address, postal address, medical information and payment information. We store this information on an electronic patient record (if applicable)and diary system (if applicable) which is fully password protected or on paper files which are locked in a secure cabinet.

For the necessary provision of health care to provide our services, such as using information to fore fill your podiatry assessment and treatment, to provide customer support.

The retention of Podiatry notes is normally 8 years from the last appointment.
